WHY DO YOU OFFER WATERLESS SERVICES?

Your nails swell in water which can cause polish to chip and peel, and cause your nails to be susceptible to splitting or breaking. Waterless also reduces the risk of water-borne bacteria and infections. We strive to be as eco-friendly as possible, and going waterless means we are doing our part to conserve a valuable resource. Did you know that a typical salon uses 15 gallons of water per pedicure and almost 50,000 gallons per year? We are doing away with that waste.

SO IF I'M NOT SOAKING, HOW ARE MY HANDS AND FEET CLEANED? 

Your health and safety is of utmost concern to us so we begin all services by spraying our client's hands and feet with a refreshing essential oil cleansing spray. This is followed by a warm towel wrap. Our nail specialist also wash their hands before every service. 

HOW DO YOU DISINFECT YOUR TOOLS?  

We take cleanliness to the extreme and we don't just sanitize, we sterilize! All metal tools are cleaned, disinfected and then processed in an autoclave between each service. Many salons use chemicals or UV light boxes to disinfect their tools, which is perfectly legal, but not totally effective at killing all bacteria and viruses.  In an effort to ensure the highest caliber of safety for our clients, we use a high temperature steam and pressure autoclave which is the only tool capable of killing 100% of all infective organisms.  Post-service, all files, buffers and porous tools are disposed of as these are strictly single-use. We take pride in the fact that our shop excels in hygiene protocols and we'd love to give you a tour of our prep-station when you visit us.

CAN I BOOK THE SPA FOR A PRIVATE EVENT?

We currently cannot host any private events at the moment.

HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

Please feel free to book online or call us at 804.353.2442.  We recommend you book your service in advance so we can best accommodate your request.  Walk-in’s are welcome pending availability. If it’s your first treatment with us, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Being a small business with appropriate paid staffing, we require a credit card to hold all appointments. This card will only be charged upon the completion of service or in the instance of late cancellation, late arrivals or no-show occurrences. 

We kindly request that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance so we can fill your spot with our waiting list. All cancellations and/or rescheduled appointments after the 24 hour window will result in $25 cancellation fee per booked service. No-show's and groups will be charged up to 100% of the service plus 25% gratuity on the original service price.   

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 min. late, we reserve the right to shorten or reschedule your service in order to keep the next client's service at their scheduled time. If you are running late, please call us immediately so we can advise your options. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we do need to reschedule your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service price plus 20% gratuity on the original service price.

GRATUITY

At Holy Chic + Co, our prices do not include gratuity. Our staff is working hard to make sure that you are getting your best service possible while feeling cozy and safe at the same time. In order to honor that, we are requiring a MANDATORY 25% gratuity on all services, via Venmo. If you DO NOT HAVE VENMO, we will charge this gratuity as part of your overall service transaction, at 28%. 

WHAT POLISH BRANDS DO YOU USE?

We are proud to work with wonderful and respected brands. All lines are free of the 7 most toxic chemicals typically found in most polishes. 

LOYALTY PROGRAM

We appreciate your support and your loyalty means everything to us. That is why we offer a loyalty program. For each visit and service, we provide you, you will earn points. After 100 points you receive a free upgrade. Ask about our loyalty program on your next visit

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

Monday – Saturday 11am -6pm (taking our last appointment at 5pm)

Sunday 12pm - 5pm (Taking our last appointment at 4pm)

NO ACYLICS, NO FUMES.

When you walk through our doors you will immediately notice no harsh, overpowering smells. We do not offer acrylic nails nor do we offer a removal service for them. We do however offer a healthy alternative for nail legnth with our HC press ons. Please consult with one of your specialist for more information.
