At Holy Chic, we believe that the foundation is the most important part of a manicure or pedicure and as we are always thinking of ways to provide a new, improved client experience, we’re overhauling our menu. This change is aligned more with our philosophy as a business, emphasizing the importance of a proper foundation.
Hydration and proper removal are also at the core of our client experience as these two practices go hand-in-hand. Utilizing the time necessary to safely remove any product on the nail prior to beginning a service and hydrating with moisture-intensive products to end a service certainly makes all the difference for the health of the natural nail. These things are non-negotiable and are built into service times.
We’ve amassed a dedicated, passionate team that possesses an extraordinary level of talent. We’re constantly continuing our training and education while offering them the tools they need to succeed in consistently providing great foundational work during an all-inclusive treatment at an all-inclusive price point.

For those only looking to have a clean, manicured look. This includes nail shaping and cuticle maintenance followed by a buff shine or clear gel top coat and an exfoliating sugar scrub to keep the skin soft and supple.
Consists of the non-negotiables that we feel make for a great manicure or pedicure. This treatment begins with a full artist consultation surrounding your nail health and goals and is followed by a full gel manicure or gel pedicure.

We use products and polishes that are free of the seven most harmful chemicals found in traditional nail products. We also don’t use dip powder/sns or provide acrylic extensions as these products are toxic and are hazardous to your health over time.
Using waterless techniques helps avoid polish chipping and reduces the risk of bacteria and infection. Typical salons use 15 gallons of water PER pedicure and almost 50,000 gallons per year.
We begin our pedicures with an essential oil cleansing spray followed by a warm towel wrap. This prepares the skin for the service without the need for soaking in a tub or basin.
We don’t just sanitize, we sterilize as well. All metal implements are cleaned, disinfected, and then processed in an autoclave between each service. All files, buffers, and pours tools are disposed of as these are strictly single-use.
We can book appointments over the phone or online. Should you make an appointment request online for the first time, we’ll be calling you for a quick chat to confirm important details - make sure you answer! In the event we can’t reach you, we will decline any unconfirmed requests. If so, no worries! We can always reschedule when we’re able to chat.

While same-day appointments are sometimes possible, we prefer our clients to make an appointment to have time that is dedicated to their nail needs.
Make sure to inform us of anything on your nails. This means regular lacquer, gel polish, dip/SNS, acrylic, soft gel, hard gel… When we say anything, we mean anything. Please note that we do NOT remove any dip/SNS, soft or hard gels, acrylic, or extension systems applied at other salons. These products will need to be removed prior to visiting us.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten, reschedule, or cancel your service in order to keep the next client’s service at the scheduled time. If you are running late please give us a call immediately so we can advise you of your options.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
We strictly and without exception require a 48-hour notice of cancellation for all services. Please keep in mind that “no shows” and “last minute cancellations” leave our team with empty appointment times. We may have also turned away other guests who could have enjoyed that time slot. In accordance with this policy, All cancellations and/or rescheduled appointments after the 48 hour window will result in 50% of the treatment total as a cancellation fee per booked service. No-show's and groups will be charged up to 100% of the service plus 22% gratuity on the original service price.
